The first annual “Pints for North Light”, a fundraiser to benefit the kids, will be held on Thursday, November 19 at The Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant located on Main Street, Manayunk from 6-10:30pm. Tickets start at $50 and can be purchased online at www.pintsfornorthlight.com.
The evening festivities will take place upstairs, in a private banquet room at the brewery. Autumn brews donated by the hosting sponsor, the Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant, will be available for tasting. The Belgian brewery Saint Martin will premiere their Abbey ales for the first time in North America. Other sponsors pouring at the event include Philadelphia based Dock Street, Sly Fox Brewery from Phoenixville and Royersford and, winging north from Maryland, Flying Dog Brewery. Delicious food is being provided by local restaurants including Phoebe's Bar-B-Q, Roberto's Trattoria, Coyle's Café and The Couch Tomato Café.
